The Lead States program came to an end in December 2000. The individual teams developed transition plans, transferring their responsibilities to AASHTO committees in most cases and to a TRB committee in the case of Superpave. The Transition Plans prepared by the teams detail the results of their work and and present their recommendations for the future. Below are links to the individual plans.
